and we are fully committed to remaining responsive to our customers while doing everything in our power to help reduce the spread.

We want to first thank you all for your continued support during these uncertain and trying times.
We take our working responsibility seriously and were honored to continue and serve our community and provide Professional Plumbing Solutions whenever and wherever we are needed.
Our customers depend on us, and so our plumbers are here to assist you as always but weve made
a few changes in an effort to protect the health of our employees as well as our customers.
We have implemented additional health and safety measures based on the recommendations from the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for all our office staff and field technicians. These include:

Limiting our technician's contact with any customer who is exhibiting symptoms.

Wearing masks and maintaining social distance whenever possible.

Routinely applying sanitizer.

Wiping surfaces in our work vehicles and tools after each visit.

Limiting gathering at our warehouses and office.

Implementing a “Minimal Contact” service call procedure.

Erring on the side of precaution by keeping technicians who have any illness symptoms home and testing before returning back to work.
Again, we would like to thank you all, truly, for all of your support and understanding during these times. This is a global issue and the best thing we can do right now is continue and support our communities we call home. Our families live here, this is our home and we are proud to continue serving our community and resolving any plumbing issues our customers may have.
